Delivery territory
Orders are accepted only for delivery to United States destinations. No international delivery is offered. Product-specific legal, purchaser and handling restrictions remain applicable.

Research use only
Products in this research channel are restricted to in-vitro laboratory research and development by qualified professionals. They must not be used in or on humans or animals, or for diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical or veterinary purposes. Buyers must not market, administer or resupply them for a prohibited use.

21+ purchasing policy
Account applicants and ordering representatives must be 21 years or older under Peptium’s business policy. An age declaration is required at application and order placement, alongside business approval and the research-use undertaking. A browsing acknowledgement does not verify identity or authorise a purchase.

Account authority
The person placing an order confirms authority to bind the verified business or institution and to accept the terms and research-use undertaking. New applicants individually accept the research certifications and record their typed signature and signing intent. Approval is manual; a submitted application does not authorize ordering.

Qualified handling and downstream supply
Applicants must maintain appropriate laboratory facilities and trained personnel for safe handling, storage and disposal. Resellers must preserve research-use labeling, bind qualified research purchasers to equivalent restrictions, and must not sell to individual consumers for personal use or promote human health benefits, dosing or therapeutic effects. Non-residential US delivery details are reviewed before supply; an address declaration is not an automated address verification.

Prices and contract formation
Public prices exclude freight, duties and taxes unless stated. A cart or quotation is not acceptance. The contract forms when Peptium issues the written order confirmation.

Payment and title
Prepayment orders proceed on cleared funds. Net terms apply only where granted in writing. Title and risk transfer as stated on the order and shipment documents.

Specifications and documents
The SKU defines the catalogue specification. The physical lot certificate states the measured release results. A documented agreed deviation controls over generic catalogue copy.

Limitation
Remedies and liability are limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and the written order. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
