Labeling

Your peptides. Your label.

Three vial presentations. One lot record, one analytical chain and one certificate whichever format travels on the vial.

Quality commitments

The confirmed white-label minimum is 100 vials per SKU. Print cost, setup charge if any, and production lead time are disclosed in the written artwork quote before approval.

Three presentations

Different outside.
Same lot identity.

The renders show the visible difference between formats. The sample brand and product information are illustrative, not production artwork.

  • Lot code remains on the order documents

No additional label charge.

03 · White label

Your brand

The Northstar name in this render is fictional sample artwork.

Comparison

Choose by workflow.

Format changes presentation only. It does not change the material, release floor or lot certificate.

White-label process

Four controlled
handoffs.

Artwork can keep moving while the current order switches to blank or Peptium. An artwork review never dead-ends the order.

Send artwork

Vector logo, brand name, Pantone/CMYK references and layout preference enter one versioned request.

Review proof

A digital proof is returned through the account portal with the applicable minimum, cost and lead time.

Manufacture & verify

The compound and lot complete the same release chain as every presentation.

Label & ship

The approved artwork version is recorded against the order line before labeling.

What to send

Artwork checklist.

Complete source files reduce proof revisions. Compliance fields remain controlled by the production template.

Vector logo

SVG, EPS or print-ready PDF preferred; a high-resolution transparent PNG is accepted for review.

Colour references

Pantone, CMYK or a documented brand colour. Screen hex alone is not a print specification.

Naming & layout

Brand name, legal naming preference and a layout reference if one exists.

How to read it

Released evidence lives elsewhere.

Every value shown on the sample is fictional demonstration data. It does not describe a Peptium product, released lot or facility result.

  1. The final certificate names the exact product presentation and physical lot.
  2. Measured release results appear only after the lot record is complete.
  3. The certificate link in the lot registry and account order history is the operative document.

Documentation constants

The format never
breaks the chain.

COA per released lot

Every order identifies the released lot certificate for each physical lot dispatched, independent of the vial presentation.

Lot traceability

Product, presentation, lot, order line and approved artwork version remain connected in the record.

Release checks

Endotoxin and fill-weight checks remain tied to the same lot release record regardless of label format.

Chosen at checkout

Presentation is
an order decision.

Once artwork is approved, an account can switch formats on future orders without changing the certificate chain.

Blank or Peptium

Choose either format in the first checkout step and continue with the current order.

Artwork in review

Keep the artwork request running while this order moves forward with blank or Peptium labels.

Artwork approved

Select the saved brand profile; the order records the approved artwork version and applicable lead time.
