Data we collect
Business identity and EIN, contact details and role, organization and formation details, business and delivery addresses, intended research or resale channel, monthly planning preferences, eight research-use certifications, 21+ eligibility declarations (not date of birth), and typed signature name/date and signing intent. We also keep verification documents, account decisions, orders, artwork, payment references, audit events and support messages. Application records include the accepted policy text/version and server recording time, with source IP and user-agent information for the audit trail.

Why we use it
To verify trading eligibility, secure the account, price and fulfil orders, trace lots and certificates, meet legal obligations and investigate misuse.

Retention and security
Verification, commercial and lot-traceability records are retained for the period required by operational, contractual and legal obligations. Passwords are hashed; session cookies are HttpOnly; document access is permission-scoped.

Browser storage
Essential cookies maintain sign-in and remember the 21+ and research-use acknowledgement for 12 months. This browser stores your cart and display preferences until cleared. Personal checkout drafts are kept in this tab for up to 30 minutes, tied to the verified buyer, and cleared on sign-out. They are not retained in shared local storage. Catalogue searches may be recorded to understand product demand; do not include personal or sensitive information in searches.
