How to report a delivery discrepancy, request a return or raise a quality concern.

No routine returns
Research chemicals, temperature-controlled materials and opened or dispatched lot-traceable goods cannot normally be returned to sale. Do not send material back without written authorisation.

Damage, shortage or wrong item
Contact Peptium promptly with the order number, lot code, outer and inner packaging photographs, and a description of the discrepancy. We will trace the shipment and state the available replacement, credit or refund remedy.

Quality concerns
Quarantine the affected material, preserve the packaging and certificate, and provide the lot code. Do not discard material until the investigation instructions are issued.

Cancelled orders
Before production or allocation begins, cancellation may be possible. Custom artwork, printed labels, committed materials and bank fees may be non-refundable once incurred.
