Order timing
Production and dispatch estimates are shown before placement and recorded on confirmation. Blank and Peptium-labeled stock may be same-day eligible; white-label work adds proof and production time.

Dispatch cutoff
Dispatch timing is confirmed with the order. A dispatch estimate is a target, not a carrier delivery guarantee.

Payment
Bank transfer is the standard method. A prepayment order is reserved against its proforma and enters production on cleared funds. Net terms appear only for an account approved for them and are snapshotted onto the order.

United States orders only
Peptium accepts orders for delivery to United States destinations only. We do not offer international delivery. Buyers must provide an accurate US delivery address; product-specific eligibility and handling requirements still apply. A US address alone does not establish permission to purchase or use a material.

Cold-chain and inspection
Where a SKU requires controlled shipping, the checkout and shipment record identify it. Inspect on arrival and report shortages, breakage or temperature concerns within five business days with photographs and lot codes.
